This class is to:

1. learn meditation and how it can offer benefits to you and then practice a meditation

2. provide a calm/relaxing environment to help relieve stress with a progressive relaxation meditation

3. learn tools you can use everyday to help manage/cope with your stress 

Please feel free to bring:  a mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal/paper. 

Note: Wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing.
