TORQUE RELEASE TECHNIQUE

Torque Release Technique

Have you ever noticed someone’s posture? How many people do you know that have great posture? If someone you know is not feeling well, how does their posture change? Posture and human physiology are inter-connected. A lot of people are unaware that inside your spinal column, your spinal cord is actually made up of a thick string of piezoelectric gel – scientifically speaking. It is an electricity conducting jelly and the frequency it is working at is determined by the amount of tension and/or torsion being placed at either end of the ‘string’. Think of a guitar string, the tightness of the cord determines the tune that is played. The tone of the spinal cord sets the tone for all other tissues, cells and organs in your body. Torque Release Technique is different from other chiropractic techniques in that it pays attention to the ‘tuning pegs’ on either end of the “string”. These strategic and vital connections are points between your spinal cord and spinal column. The integrator is used to provide a light force adjustment which causes a direct change in the degree of tension in your central nervous system. Essentially we are tuning your spinal cord and changing the tone and thus the level of tension to find more beautiful notes. Want to learn more? Read my Torque Release Technique blog post here.

The Integrator Instrument

The Integrator delivers a specific frequency into the nerve endings of the spinal column, exactly where nerve function has become irritated.  This is essentially the equivalent of giving your ‘electrical system’ a boost. It is not so much a technique to stretch or realign your body manually as it is a technique to stimulate your nervous system in such a way as to release and reduce tension and thus assists your body to self-correct.

the integrator adjustment

SPECIFIC

  • The force, frequency of energy, torque, speed and thrust provided by the instrument have all been tailor-made to deliver the perfect amount of energy to help normalize nerve function.

GENTLE

  • The adjustment can be delivered to the spine in a perfectly relaxed position with the perfect amount of force.

FAST

  • The integrator has such a fast impulse because we can adjust you in a perfectly relaxed position.  A TRT adjustment can be extremely time efficient, and still dramatically effective.

CONSISTENT

  • The systems used in TRT and the features of the Integrator are very standardized which means that several practitioners using the same method can deliver the same results and experience.

PRECISE

  • We can pinpoint the exact location on the spine that requires adjustment of nerve frequency.

EFFECTIVE

  • The benefits of TRT adjustments have been measured by scientific research and this research has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

RELIABLE

  • The way the Integrator delivers an adjustment is both consistent and reliable. This is so that the right amount of force and energy is transmitted on each and every adjustment.
